Sybilla Por Gibo Silk Linen Top With Metal Ear Closure

Sybilla Por Gibo green silk linen vest top, metal ear cufflink style closure.

Sybilla is a Spanish designer of Polish heritage - designing wonderful pieces since the 1980’s. Her pieces often take inspiration from origami, surrealism and the medieval period her pieces are always beautifully cut and equally distinctive.

This piece is part of her collaboration with the reknowned Italian Manufacturer Gibo, who also produced collections with Jean Paul Gaultier and Claude Montana.

I believe form the construction and label that this is an early Sybilla por gibo piece circa mid 1980's.

Across bust 38cm

Across Waist 30cm

Across hem 42cm

There is quite generous seam allowance of 2cm, so should you need to alter the waist I believe it would be quite possible (up to 6cm across the body) 

Condition good - some interior flaws which do not effect the overall look. On the interior the armhole facing has been cut away in a small section on one side. The overlocking has come away on one side CB seam in a small section. Exterior in good condition. Button holes have been reinforced. Please see images.
