From Sybilla's 'Aeroporto' travelling clothes collection A/W 1989. A jacket which could also be worn on its own as a blouse. It has a green wool exterior with a tan brown silky lining. Front is closed by ties, a characteristic feature of this collection.
Sybilla is a Spanish designer of Polish heritage - designing wonderful pieces since the 1980’s, her pieces often take inspiration from origami, surrealism and the medieval period her pieces are always beautifully cut and equally distinctive.
This piece is part of her collaboration with the renowned Italian Manufacturer Gibo, who also produced collections with Jean Paul Gaultier and Claude Montana.
Fabric composition label is missing, exterior wool, interior lining likely viscose.
