Street Theatre New Romantic Navy Two Piece with Fringe Detail Circa Early 80s

Navy wool skirt with layered attached apron and top with neckerchief detail with fringed edging. Top and skirt have a grey layer. 

Street Theatre was a store in Soho London circa 1980s run by Peter Small, it was known for its New Romantic clothing. Boy George was Street Theatre’s window dresser. Later Peter Small converted Street Theatre into the store The Foundry which became a showcase of the talents of Sue Clowes.

Fabric composition unmarked - wool lawn.
