Navy wool skirt with layered attached apron and top with neckerchief detail with fringed edging. Top and skirt have a grey layer. 

Street Theatre was a store run by Peter Small which stocked new romantic clothing, Boy George famously was the window dresser. In the early 80s Small converted Street Theatre into the store The Foundry as a showcase talents of Sue Clowes.
