Black linen halter neck dress with layers of dark blue cotton creating a ethereal skirt. Centre back zip, button closure at neck. Black linen underskirt is fitted and has two vents at front and back.

Popy Moreni was a french designer known for her romantic runway shows, some of her inspiration came from medieval dress and baroque clowns.
