Lecoanet Hemant Ecru Silk Taffeta Dress
Puff skirt that has been stitched to hitch it and to create a wonderful crumpled effect. Lace up sides with silver eyelets and ecru cord that draws across a pleated internal panel, it has a similarly pleated empire line bust in a silk cotton voile. The cut of the straps sits to the edge on the shoulder. Dress is closed at back with a zip and finished with a hook and eye.
Beautifully constructed to the highest standards of which Lecoanet Hemant are known. A truly special and magical piece.
Lecoanet Hemant was founded in Paris by Didier Lecoanet and Indo-German Hemant Sagar in the early Eighties and focussed primarily on Haute Couture – they opened their first shop on Faubourg Saint Honoré just opposite the Elysée Palace. After showing the first collection with Cartier Haute Joaillerie they became members of the Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne, the governing body of High Fashion.
