Embroidered leaves spike out across the front neckline in an art nouveau style. Skirt is shaped by box pleats giving a bubble shape reminiscent of a flower bud. There is a vent to one side at the front.  Hem is finished with satin binding. Straps crossover at back. Made of a very soft cotton which has a beautiful drape. A really unique and imaginative piece inspired by the organic world.

Ernestina Cerini is known for her unusual knitwear and embroidered pieces which take inspiration from nature, her early collections look books are particularly notable in the way they captured the fantasy world behind her designs.
