Black fitted skirt, pleated around bum to create a bustle type shape, longer length at back. High waisted. Paneled front. Zip center back.

Named after Edith Sitwell's book of the same title, English Eccentrics established an international reputation for its distinct printed textiles since they were first sold at a stall in London's Kensington Market in 1984.
