Emilio Cavallini Black Wool Spiral Skirt Dress
A striking dress that has a space age feel with a spiralling skirt orbiting its hips. It has long sleeve with a turtle neck, a fitted body and lower skirt. Zip closure at back. On either side of the edge of the spiral skirt there are small covered buttons with connect up to a button hole under the arm if you want the spiral skirt to sit high.

Emilio Cavallini is an Italian designer, he began his career in the 1970s with hosiery, going on to start a ready-to-wear line in the 1980s. He partnered with Mary Quant in the 1960s working on her hosiery line, the influence of Quant can be seen in his later designs too which sometimes have a 1960s space age feel. His work is often in stark contrasting colours with an emphasis on geometric shapes, reflecting his interests in mathematics and architecture.
