Early 90s.

Shift style with shaped armholes that have a point at back . Buttons through middle at front and button at back neck. Jetted breast pocket and side pockets either side. Interior has small loop and button either side with which to hitch up into a blouson.

Costume National was founded in 1986 in Milan by Ennio Capasa, who worked as an assistant to Yohji Yamamoto, and his brother Carlo Capasa. Its first womenswear collection was presented in Milan in the same year. In 1991, the ‘Woman Collection’ was presented in Paris.
