Chacok Cotton Voile Smock with Kimono Sleeve

Navy cotton voile, rainbow stitch detailed edging. Wide smock cut with shaped him and pleated neckline. Neckline comes to a point and crosses over at front. Sleeve is cut similar to a kimono with an elasticated sleeve cuff. Chacok is a french designer. I believe this piece to be circa late 1970's - early 80's.
