Silk Shantung fitted vest top with a small collar, closed by eight grey buttons down front. Two jetted pockets. Grey wool back panel. Lined with striped cream. 

Fabric composition label missing front I believe it to be 100% Silk with wool back panel and lined with a viscose.

Size 44IT but fits small so best for 42IT.

Condition good, some of the slubs of the silk textile slightly more noticeable see last image, slubs are a characteristic of silk shantung giving it its special appearance and texture.
