Antique Ecclesiastical Linen Lace Edged Gown

An ethereal church vestment made from Linen Metis. Body is gathered to the neck. Front has an opening which is closed by cotton ties on the neck. Long full sleeves which are finished with cotton lace with chalice and cross designs. Lower body is finished with a different lace with a floral pattern. Antique church vestments like this are rare to come across. This was likely a choir gown or alb.
