Afghan Plissé Green Blouse Circa 1970s

A beautiful emerald pleated green blouse or short dress. These special pleated pieces were made in the late 1960s- 1970s out of Afghani burkas. Silk embroidered designs cover the front yoke.

Fabric composition  no label I believe the body and sleeves (pleated sections) are rayon and the yoke is cotton with silk embroidery.

Size unmarked - I would consider this to be One Size, would fit most due to the pleating.

Condition good, pleating has loosened slightly on sleeves. Spot of discoloration back of one sleeve.
